Nordic Run 2024 UPDATED
Starts at Bornholmer Træffet (Bornholm Rally) in Denmark 12-14 July 2024
We take the ferry from Bornholm to Ystad and then on to Ronneby, which is our first stop at Nordic Run 2024.
Ferry (Rønne-Ystad) departs 10.30 from Rønne.

Day 5 - 19/7
Ferry from Umeå to Wasa.
Ferry departs @ 20.15 from Umeå and arrives in Wasa on saturday 20th of July @ 01.00 , and we will spend the night in Top Camping Wasa.

Day 6 - 20/7
20/7 Vaasa FI – Raahe FI (246 km)
Free breakfast at Shovelralli Kihveli

After breakfast we leave the rally anf heads towards the town of Raahe.
On saturday we will get to wisit the clubhouse of Kurimus mc.
Kurimus mc will offer us food, lakeside sauna, and indoor accommodation.
Day 7 - 21/7
21/7 Raahe FI – Tornio FI (206 km)
Sunday morning at 09:00 we will start towards boardertown of Tornio, where the local ladies of Louhi mc will offer us a nice coffeebreak at their clubhouse. The night we will stay at Camping Tornio, and on monday we will go to the swedish side of the border.
Along the route, we will visit some local sightseeings and other interesting places, if the weather and timetables allow.
And if sleeping in a tent is not for you, there will be other options at the camping areas, or very close by.

Day 8 - 22/7
22/7 Tornio FI – Sorsele SE (358 km)
Today's route starts in Haparanda at 09:00 Swedish time from the IKEA big car park.

the opportunity for a light lunch. From Luleå we drive on towards Arvidsjaur, have
dinner before we go on. We are expected to arrive at Sorsele camping at 19:00.

Sverige
Day 9 - 23/7
Day 9 - 23.7.: Sorsele (Swe) - Brønnøysund (Nor) 356 km
09.00 we´re going towards Brønnøysund. The first Road Captain is Marina Enback +46(0)70-637 70 69, then Norway takes over.
The day’s route is about half in Sweden and half in Norway.
The riding day ends at the Twin Heads MC club near Brønnøysund. There is some tent space around the clubhouse and a few bunk beds inside. The neighbor to the club has camping cabins that can be hired through the club. There will be barbecue food and refreshments available and also a little breakfast the next morning.

Norge
Day 9 - 23/3
Day 9 - 23.7.: Sorsele (Swe) - Brønnøysund (Nor) 377 km
The day’s route is about half in Sweden and half in Norway.
The riding day ends at the Torghatten camping near Brønnøysund. The camping site lies directly below the famous Torghatten mountain which has a hole through it . There is plenty of tent space, cabins and an on site restaurant. Note: We have a few cabins reserved for Morten Øien.
To book, call the camping at +47 928 03 113 and ask to book from the reserved cabins. Please try to share with others so that as many as possible of those who want cabin beds can have one.

Day 10 - 24/7
Day 10 - 24.7.: Brønnøysund - Trondheim 368 km
The first leg will be 64 km from Torghatten camping to the ferry from Vennesund to Holm. We should leave at 09.30 to get the 11.10 ferry. The ferry is 20 minutes and costs 48 NOK for a motorcycle.
The rest of the day’s ride is 330 km to the Prowlers MC clubhouse in Trondheim. They have space for tents and also a lot of space for indoor sleeping. Food and refreshments will be available. For questions call Rune, tel. +47 957 90 012

Day 11 - 25/7 - Optional extended route
Extended route to Sauda for those who want to attend Late Summer Run
Day 11 - 25.7. Trondheim - Gudvangen 470 km
We start at 09.00 and drive south across the Dovre mountains and later in the day we take the roads over Sognefjellet, the area where some of the tallest mountains in Norway are located. Then Tindevegen, a private toll road across the mountains (NOK 90) to Årdal. From there through the 24,5 km long Lærdal tunnel, which is the world’s longest road tunnel.

Day 12 - 26.7. Gudvangen - Sauda 214 km
The last day will be shorter so we can arrive early in Sauda. We ride along the beautiful Hardanger fjord and will probably have a photo stop at Låtefossen before taking the spectacular Røldal mountain road to Sauda.
